Al Fedaa State Company, one of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals State Companies performed the company plant rehabilitation project, specialized and service equipment manufactured project in addition to street paving project within the company investment plan for 2008-2009. Mr. Adnan Yousif Hussain The company General Director clarified that the company concluded a number of contracts to increase its incomes, scrub pressing and assembling contract, (72) caravans manufacturing contract with the high committee for iron waste treatment, elevator series for paste mills section for the benefit of Al Kufa Cement plant and(5285) a small tents structure for the benefit of the State Company for Cotton Industries Baghdad Sewing Plant contracts were signed at a total valued of (10) billion and (492) million I.D.. The spokesman added that the company has performed projects whose products were marketed to the contracted institutions such as (3) caravan manufacturing contract for the benefit of the Christian Endowment Office at a value of (42) million and (525) thousand I.D. and other performed contract for manufacturing (10m*3m) and (10m*4m) caravans for the benefit of Ministry of Science and Technology / Space Aviation Department at a value of (39) million and (500) thousand I.D.. The Company General Director referred to the researches related to production improvement and diversity, researches were conducted to design and manufacture element test system at 50% performance rate, design and construct hydraulic cylinder system at a performance rate 60%, design and manufactured automatic control hydraulic arm at 55% performance rate in addition to design and manufactured Hyundai break pad at 100% performance rate. On a related context in investment fields and cooperation agreement with sisterly companies and Arab, Foreign and local enterprises there are negotiations with Foreign companies like (DennisEagle) British company for technology transfer in manufacturing specialized and municipal equipments as well as to get several offers of investors willing to get partnership to perform definite jobs they are under negotiation as for manufacturing these is coordination to transfer technology with a group of international companies like (HIDROMAK, PAKSAN,EFE) Turkey, (DennisEagle) Britain, (HYVA) Holland and (IVECO) Italy companies. In Hydraulic industries the company seeks for future cooperation with international companies to manufacture hydraulic elements like hydraulic cylinders project and some kinds of hydraulic valves.
