This application has been prepared to assist local producers in Iraq who consider overflow ding goods as harmful to local industry. The applicant should present enough information and evidences to illustrate negative impact of prices of the imported goods on local industry since those imports occupied an increasing share of Iraqi market that justify under taking anti overflow ding procedures. The applicant company has to define confidential data in addition to a public application.
